Honey Bee Preserves are a delightful range of jams and sauces made with award-winning Pen Y Bryn Apiary Welsh honey, adding a touch of natural sweetness and flavour.

Pen y Bryn Apiary located in Glanllwyd, North Wales has been beekiping for over 100 years and currently has 150 hives. The apiary is the home to Welsh Native Black Bees - most of which are honey bees in the genus Apis, but other honey-producing bees such as Melipona stingless bees are also kept.

Ganllwyd is near the Mawddach and Gamlan rivers surrounded by the Coed y Brenin forestry within the Snowdonia National Park. Their Bees have the best of highland woodlands and coastal forage along the Mawddach estuary and mountains of Cader Idris and Rhiniogydd in Meirionnydd.
