In The Welsh Wind is a remarkable distillery located in Tanygroes, just north of Cardigan on the west coast of Wales. 

Their award-winning gin, known as Signature Style, is inspired by cargoes imported into New Quay and flavours synonymous with Wales. It’s a smooth, oil-rich gin with botanicals like sweet orange, cinnamon, clove, ginger, and tea-soaked currants. Best served over a single cube of ice with a splash of premium tonic and a slice of orange, garnished with a clove-studded dehydrated orange slice.

In addition to gin, they create Welsh vodka. Their spirits are crafted with care and innovation, respecting tradition while treading their own path in distilling.
